We'd rather be upfront about the chain than pretend it's a $500 analog box you can't afford yet.

Is this a human engineer?
Transparent answer: No. This is an AI-assisted workflow built for our roster and extended community. We use an in-house tuned AI engine for mix workflows and an in-house tuned AI mastering engine for mastering, then human QC and referencing against club systems and streaming targets. You get release-ready loudness without the $300/track gatekeeping. If you want full analog human engineering, we can refer you — but for underground dance music, this hits.
What files do I need to send?
Stems: WAV, 24-bit minimum, no limiter on the mix bus. Leave headroom (-6dB). Export dry stems with all FX you want, plus a rough mix reference. If you only have a stereo bounce, we can still master it — select Master-Only. Folder via WeTransfer / Google Drive. We'll send back a stem checklist on booking.
What loudness do you deliver for?
Club-first, streaming-smart. Masters targeted at -8 to -6 LUFS for Beatport/DJ use. On request you also get a loudness-matched alternate at -10 to -9 LUFS, or a fully streaming-normalised master at -14 LUFS — the level Spotify, Tidal, YouTube and Amazon actually play back at (-16 LUFS for Apple Music). True Peak capped at -1.0 dBTP on streaming masters and -2.0 dBTP on club masters, where the extra headroom absorbs lossy-codec overshoot. Every EP/Album pack is loudness-matched so your release doesn't jump in volume between tracks. References: Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport WAV.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, PayID or PayPal — all in AUD, no USD markup. EP and Album packs take a 50% deposit up front, the rest before final files go out. We'll send payment details when we confirm your slot, not before: booking a slot is not payment.
How do revisions work?
2 revisions included in every mix + master. Revisions are mix-balance tweaks, not new production. Need a structural change or new stem? That's a new mix pass ($50). Extra revisions beyond the 2 included are $25 AUD each. EP/Album packs share revision count per track. We don't stop until it's club-ready.
