Everything is printed to order in Brisbane — nothing sits in a warehouse. Allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.

We dispatch exactly as entered at checkout. We aren't responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly provided address, so check it before you pay.
Because everything is printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Size guides are on every product — use them.
We will replace or refund in full for a manufacturing defect, the wrong item, or damage in transit. Email complaints@rhythmrevoltrecords.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Nothing above limits them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Rhythm Revolt Records is the seller for every product on this site, including merch carrying an artist's name. Your card statement will read RHYTHM REVOLT RECORDS.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Payment is handled by Stripe, which accepts all major cards. Card details never touch this site. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
Apparel is printed to order by our Brisbane print partner on AS Colour blanks — AS Colour 5080 Heavy Tee unless otherwise stated on the product. Print placement can vary by up to 10mm, which is within normal tolerance and isn't a defect.
Product photography shows the artwork at its true printed size and position. Screen colour varies between devices.
Size guides are published for every garment and the measurements come from AS Colour. We take no responsibility for items ordered in the wrong size where a size guide was available.
Everything is produced in limited runs. We don't guarantee ongoing availability, and sold-out items may not return.
All designs, logos and artwork remain the intellectual property of Rhythm Revolt Records or the artist concerned. Buying an item gives you a personal licence to wear and enjoy it — not to reproduce, resell or manufacture it.
Our liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
This website is operated by Morrison trading as Rhythm Revolt Records, based in Brisbane, Queensland. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Stripe processes payments and we never see the card.
Processing and shipping your order, answering your questions, and — only if you've opted in — telling you about releases and shows. We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Each has limited access, for that purpose only.
Order information for as long as required to fulfil the order and meet our obligations. Financial records for no longer than 7 years. We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold, though no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. Email admin@rhythmrevoltrecords.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
